Course directions – All routes will be signposted (courtesy of Border City Wheelers), and signage will be checked on the Sunday morning by our motorbike marshal, Rob Grant, to avoid the directional errors on the 100k that we had last year.

Feed Stations – Once again there will be water, bananas, and amazing flapjacks   (courtesy of Dalston Bakery) available at each of our feed stations. These are situated at -    Abbeytown, outside the Wheatsheaf pub, unfortunately the pub is closed but we have arranged porta loos.
Port Carlisle, outside the Hope and Anchor, and Moorhouse, in the Royal Oak’s carpark.

Don’t bonk! Please stop off, rest, refresh, and socialise with other riders, and chat with our marvellous feed station volunteers. Perhaps, even take Sunday lunch at one of the pubs.
